RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES – UK AND EU

We want you to be happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that it’s not quite what you were expecting then we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods provided they are returned to us unworn and in a saleable condition in the original packaging.

If you wish to return an item you must notify us within seven days of the date of delivery. Please inform us of a return by email to the email address quoted on the sales invoice. The returns form included with your delivery must be completed and returned with the item. The item must be returned to us within 21 days of purchase in its original packaging with all labels still in place on the jewellery.  

On receipt of the jewellery a refund will be made to the original cardholder. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.  We recommend, for your own protection, that you use the Special Delivery service so that you can track your return and insure it as we cannot accept liability for postal losses. Goods are returned to us at sender’s risk and cost. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that for hygienic reasons we do not accept the return of pierced earrings.
